What life experiences have I had?
What are my strengths, interests, and preferences?
What do I have to offer to an employer?
What is important to me in a job?
What motivates me to work?
What supports will I need to be successful:

Wellbeing vs. Stress
Wellbeing does not mean being totally free of stress. While we tend to think about stress as negative, it is a part of living and cannot be avoided. Stress may be viewed as a natural result of carrying a load, and some loads are bigger than others. Answer these few questions to yourself to determine your level of wellbeing.
Are you able to manage that stress load to maintain your wellbeing?
Is your life balanced?
Are your actions in alignment with your values and intentions?
How often do I experience wellbeing?
The responsibility for change rests in you. Only you can begin to practice new ways of dynamic balance and wellbeing. This can be as simple as choosing something you have never tried before. So lay those stress loads down, rest and recuperate mentally, physically, and spiritually with a wisdom meditation circle with our horses. The experience will enlighten and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.
No horse experience is required and all sessions are conducted on the ground.
